Number two. Lack of leadership support. Insufficient support and commitment from top leadership can undermine change efforts. If leaders are not fully aligned or do not actively champion the transformation, it sends mixed signals and erodes employee trust. Leaders must lead by example actively endorsing and participating in the change process. Their visible support, not only sets the tone, but also inspires confidence and commitment among employees fostering a culture where change is embraced rather than feared.
