Welcome to Wednesday Wisdom where I provide snippets of information to help you with your organization's culture. In this series, I will be addressing 10 reasons why transformational change fails in organizations. Let's get started.

Number six. Failure to involve stakeholders.

Successful change requires the involvement of key stakeholders and this entails first identifying who the stakeholders for your transformation are. When employees, customers, or other relevant parties are not consulted or involved in the decision making process, their resistance can become a significant barrier.  Leaders must actively engage stakeholders, seeking their input and addressing their concerns.  By involving all relevant parties from the outset, leaders gain valuable insights and perspectives, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment to the change. This collaborative approach builds trust and strengthens relationships, making it easier to navigate challenges and drive sustainable change.

And that is today's episode of Wednesday Wisdom. Tune in next week for another episode and catch up on past episodes as well as other great content on the website at agilityforall.com. And if you have a question or topic you would like me to answer, post it in the comments.
